Our laminate sheets are made by securely bonding together multiple layers of ultra-thin precision metal foil—typically 0.002″ or 0.003″ thick—into a single, solid-feeling sheet. Total thickness can range from 0.006″ up to your required specification, offering tailored solutions for a wide range of applications. 

Each sheet is fabricated at a standard 48″ length, with widths ranging from 8″ to 24″, depending on the material used. A thin bonding agent (less than 0.0003″ thick) holds the layers tightly together, making the finished laminate appear and perform like solid metal—until you’re ready to peel it.
