We are proud to announce that the Beta Shim expansion is officially complete!
After months of planning, construction, and coordination, we have successfully consolidated our operations by relocating all CNC milling and machining equipment from our Trumbull facility into the newly expanded Shelton headquarters. This milestone brings our manufacturing operations together under one roof, improving collaboration, efficiency, and our ability to better serve our customers.
The expansion also includes brand-new office space for our Quality and Engineering departments, providing modern work areas that support teamwork, innovation, and continued growth. With these departments now relocated, the former Quality area has been transformed into a spacious employee cafeteria, giving our team a comfortable place to relax and enjoy breaks together.
To accommodate our growing workforce and visitors, additional parking has also been added, ensuring convenient access for employees, customers, and business partners.
This project represents a significant investment in the future of Beta Shim and would not have been possible without the support of the State of Connecticut. We are grateful to Governor Ned Lamont and the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), whose $500,000 grant helped make this expansion a reality.
As we look ahead, this expansion positions Beta Shim for continued growth, increased manufacturing capacity, and enhanced service to our customers. We would like to thank our employees, customers, partners, and everyone involved in making this project a success. We are excited for what the future holds as we begin this new chapter together.
